Hello beautiful people.  This is my first post in this group.Hello beautiful people. This is my first post in this group. I have this problem where I wake up starving at 3 or 4 in the morning what type of healthy snack can I eat? Thank you in advance for any suggestions ♥️

Are you getting up to start your day then? If not I would roll over and go back to bed.

Are you up for the day at 3/4am? If not, I wouldn't eat anything. I wake up hungry sometimes, usually a drink of water helps. Don't create a habit of eating in the middle of the night if you aren't already up.

@aglet Marie unfortunately I'm not starting my day. And I have been in the habit of eating at this time for months. Just seriously starting to diet this week

I have just a drink of premier protein drink 2 points on blue but usually about 1/2 works I also can not sleep if hungry I know what works for one does not always work for another but I have reached goal and staying there good luck

Water or something like a banana, or an apple. I always try to have a snack before bed, like an apple and a string cheese with some precooked chicken breast, which usually stops me from waking up starving.

I get up at about 3 AM for work after I get dressed and pack my gym bag and lunch I sit down and relax and read the newspaper. I eat a banana and drink a Diet Coke
