I just finished my first full day on program(purple) and I’ve used all my points. I hope to get better with them as time goes by. my question is what can I have as a snack , later when I’m watchingTV.?

I always keep fruit ready to eat so cut up watermelon, steawbwrries, cantaloupe, pineapple etc. Also airpopped popcorn or even air fryer chips/ fries! All 0 pointa

I made up a bunch of these earlier today to keep in the fridge for a grab-it snack. There's one ounce of sharp cheddar in each bowl, along with the veggies. (don't mind the bird lol. she thinks she has to be in the middle of everything)

Aww, I will tell Evee you all love her lol ^_^ Also: I didn't mention but the veggies in the bowls are snow pea pods, grape tomatoes, sliced sweet peppers, broccoli, and cauliflower. :) Oh, and carrots, lol. Knew I missed one

Non fat yogurt with some dry ranch dressing mixed in and a bunch of cut up vegetables. 0 points . Best if you let the yogurt/ranch sit for at least a few hrs or overnight
