If you cut your own potatoes and cook them in an air fryer they don't have points.

Sometimes they toss the potatoes that are cut into flour and par fry them. So there are points.

@cardiograph REALLY?! I am a lifer but I stopped attending just befor the colours came in last year. Potatoes were never 0 points and are a fav for me- ate em anyways and still lost if I was mindful of points! Hmm- are eggs and bananas still 0?
