Agree! I hear so many say “I can eat what I want, I stay within my points” and that is true to an extent. Someone posted something similar to this in a group the other day about laying off the chips and candy, people tore him apart saying it wasn’t WW. Yes you could eat your points in snickers without going over but I really don’t think you would lose any weight. Using full points lean meats, real food is SO much better than crap food. I sometimes use MyFitnessPal pal but for the most part I just try to be mindful. My “dessert” at lunch is usually fruit, sometimes a fiber one brownie and then at dinner I either don’t eat dessert or will eat a fiber one brownie if I didn’t have one at lunch. What you eat DOES matter and not all points are equal. The idea behind you can eat what you want on WW is that you aren’t restricted. If you are craving an ice cream cone you can work it into your points whether dailies, weeklies or fit points. But you can’t consume all of your points on junk everyday and expect it to work for you.
