I have been on WW for five months and only down 12 pounds. I have had some bad days, but most days I’m very disciplined. What is everyone’s secrets? I see people lose so quickly and I’m sitting here losing hope.

Congratulations on releasing 15 pounds. I used to say “only” & my leader told me to stop saying “only” & be proud of what I have lost. Shake things up by not eating the same thing. You’ve got this!

Exercising? Drinking lots of water?

I am on the blue plan- I plan all my meals around 0 point foods. I try to stay around 17-20 points a day. I eat good carbs and a lot of protein and vegetables.

Don’t count the days . Make the days count . One day at a time . 15 pounds is quite an accomplishment. Stay strong stay the course

Remember that everyone is different. We gain and lose differently. You will get there.

I stepped up my walking to 1 hour 4x per week. That helps me

Don’t compare your weight loss to others. You are still moving in the right direction! Slow and steady will win the race!

Eat all your points. Drink 1/2 you weight in oz. Of water. Exercise. Be patient in the process.

When I make one of my meals a salad, walk half an hour to an hour daily and dont drink my colories (water only) Im more successful with weight loss than when I dont. Put in the work, the scale will catch up. Just dont quit. One day, one bite, one step at a time.

Don’t lose hope! I’ve been at this a month and nothing so far  but I know this works, its just slower this time around. Weekends are worse for me but it’ll take someday soon  I just got a fitbit to help me to get moving a bit, it worked today  one day at a time

Thank you all for your kind words and encouragement. I will definitely take a lot of what was said I to consideration and find which works best for me. I’m not giving up. I was thin once and I’ll get there again, just got to figure out how.

Sometimes it’s a good idea to go to the doctor and have your thyroid checked .

I think excercise along with the weight watchers meal plan will speed up weight loss

Weigh or measure everything. Portions are difficult to truly gauge. If that doesn’t work, try switching plans.

You’ve tracked every day (or 80%) and stayed within your points?

Remember, that regardless of the plan you’re on, zero points are not equal to zero calories, so try to maintain portion control/serving size
