I started on January 6. Today I weighed in and have lost 19 lb. I am ecstatic, as my weigh-ins have always showed a loss, be it 0. 2 of a pound. One week I stayed the same, but then the next week I lost 2 lb. It is coming off slowly, but I have changed my eating habits. I am on green and track everything that goes into my mouth. My joints no longer ache, and my back doesn't hurt as much. I am 78-1/2 years old.
