I've been on purple since January 2nd when I signed up, and I have only lost 12 pounds. If course it has fluctuated. Is this good or should I consider changing to blue or green?

I started about the same time and ive only lost 11lb. I blame menopause! I notice I have changed shape and have heaps more energy. Less achy joints!

@pomeranian I agree. I too blame menopause. I've noticed my clothing is looser. I also feel better. It's just not enough for my Dr. I see him in June.

I find purple the most liberal with carbs. I am 76 and have lost 35 pounds on blue. It might be good to try for a week or two. It might take some getting to. Good luck.

Me and my daughter both started on Jan2 and I have lost 30 on blue and she has lost 40 on purple. I am 52 and she is 29. Everybody is different., as long as your loosing and feeling better.

I am on purple and I find that it is very easy to overeat the zero point foods. Make sure you are very aware of your portions and drinking lots of water. Since we've been locked in the house I've been terrible with my water and it shows on the scale. I'm down 26 since jan. 7, but only a pound or so lost in the last 3 weeks.

Maybe considering learning calorie counting and tracking its a little bit more accurate and easy to learn

I started on January 6. Today I weighed in and have lost 19 lb. I am ecstatic, as my weigh-ins have always showed a loss, be it 0. 2 of a pound. One week I stayed the same, but then the next week I lost 2 lb. It is coming off slowly, but I have changed my eating habits. I am on green and track everything that goes into my mouth. My joints no longer ache, and my back doesn't hurt as much. I am 78-1/2 years old.

Exactly the same for me. But I see my jeans fitting better and I have more energy so I’m trying not to focus on the numbers but the NSVs. From years of yo-yo dieting the faster you lose the faster it comes back . and more. We just need to hang on and follow our own individual bodies.

Well someone losing 10 pounds in 3 months is outstanding if you only have to lose say 10-30 lbs. But if you are 50, or 100 pounds overweight it’s more just ok. Keep that in mind when you hear what people are losing!

Sounds like you have given purple a try! Choose another and see if it might work better for you.
