I lost 50 lbs gained back 30 lb of that  Pretty restricted feeling and honestly I can’t eat that food for the rest of my life. I’ve been on LC for 2 years just basically staying around the same 10 lb differences lost interest it’s been a real struggle! Sooooo my question is where do I start? How do I get started? Is there a legit WW for dummies? HELP! Someone steer me!

@halvorsen When you join, you get access to the app. It explains the program, has a database that assigns points to the foods for tracking, has an online chat and a social media component

@halvorsen depends on whether you do digital or studio

@halvorsen There are a couple options. I do digital only it’s $20 month. They also often have specials for new people. You can check it out at weightwatchers. com

Whatever you decide to do, throw in a little exercise (and I do mean just a little) like walking just 10-15 minutes a day or every other day. I found when I included exercise it helps things . move along . and/or jogs my metabolism some.

Definitely attend a workshop. Sit through, get a feel for things and talk with the leader after. They will explain the program in more detail. The meeting is such a good source of support and accountability.

I did keto for almost two years, lost 15, then I’d gain and lose the same 10. Could never get past that. So I quit last fall, and started weight watchers, digital only. Started nov 1, down 17. 2 so far, I love weight watchers and don’t know why I even did keto now! I now eat fruit, all the time, I’m never hungry, as suggested by a friend on weight watchers, I eat a protein at every meal, helps to keep me feeling full. I’m on the blue plan, I love it! I don’t deprive myself of anything, I don’t eat special foods, I eat healthy fruits and veggies, most of my points are used on salad dressing, cheese, sour cream stuff like that. I also eat three meals a day, a snack at 7 in the evening, and I’m satisfied. Good luck, it’s not hard at all, this is a way of living, if you want pizza, just track it, track everything Good luck
