I went over once in the last two months but other than that no I do not

The weekly points are worked into your plan for you to use. They definitely do not complicate anything

@ceasar I just prefer not to I’m satisfied with what I’m getting although I do a little bit of activity it really doesn’t generate that many points anyway but thanks

Some people can use all their weeklies and lose. Some use some of them and lose. Some people can't use them and lose. It depends on each person. You have to play around with them and see what works for you. I just earn my fit points and don't eat them. You are allowed to eat a percentage of them.

I never use fit points, i get about 150 a week. Ww gives alot of fit points for minimal activity

I use all of my weeklies. Thankspically, I eat the bulk of them on the weekends and spread the rest throughout the week.

Use all my weeklies and a portion of my fit points. Since I’m really active it helps. I’m on purple to watch my portions and work on mindfully eating. When I use both I tend to lose weight, when I don’t then I gain. Figured this out with my coach. What works for me or someone else may not work for you.
