Question for everyone: do you use all your points and dip into your weeklies or stay shy of your points everyday? I just do online, so I'm not sure what leaders say to which would be best and more beneficial.

Everyone is different & you have to find what works best for you. I switch mine up all the time. Sometimes I may eat all my dailies, sometimes some of my weeklies, sometimes close to all my dailies with rollovers, & then days I’m in the healthy range with lots of points left over. I try my best not to overeat because I have points left over.

Everyone’s different. It all depends on what things you eat. I eat low carb mostly sugar free and low fat. I rarely eat out and cook all my own meals. So I rarely eat all of my dailies & usually have a few rollovers. I have 3 meals and a night time snack

If you want to lose every week or most weeks , eat your daily. Weeklies I use occasionally, then always leave about 1/2 although I’m sure I eat them with estimated portions, mindless grazing I catch myself doing, and over measuring . If you are perfect with all eat them but if your like many of us , leave some for your flaws

Eat if you are hungry. Don't save them up and go hungry. it really won't get you to your goal weight faster. You need to find personal balance. Some days, you will eat more, some less. the goal is to change from thinking good and bad. or that you failed because you are ice cream or chips.

I stay within a range of 5 below and 5 above my daily points. It is less stressful.

Points are meant to be eaten. They are all part of the equation for us to lose. Many lose best when they eat most/all of them. Some feel the need to limit them. Experiment to see what works best for your unique body

Right now, I'm -43 in points, which means I've used all of my daily points, weekly points, and then some :(

I am 8 months into this journey and down 20 pounds, but I am still trying to figure out what is best for me. I use all my dailies and most weeks I will use 1/2 to 3/4 of my weeklies. I'm losing slowly, but the weight is staying off. :)
