How many weeklies do you usually have remaining at the end of the week? For the past two weeks I’ve have 52 as I normally have 5-7 remaining each day and 4 roll over to the next day. I’m losing about 1 to 1. 5 pounds per week. Would it help me to lose weight faster if I ate all of my 23 points per day? Thanks!

Everyone is different since all bodies are different. If you’re averaging 1 to 1. 5 pounds per week don’t change a thing.

@deltoid I eat my daily points. And usually I go over into my weeklies every day. I've lost 20 lbs since July. This has been slower than my 1st time on WW but I'm now 54 and thyroid disease. I'm feeling great. I don't have a set time frame to lose the other 10. I want it to stay off. Good luck to you!

I eat my 23 points a day and use all of my 35 weeklies. We have an active social life, it’s very hard not to use the weeklies. They make the program do-able for me. My losses vary. Some weeks very little. This past week I lost 4 lbs (I had a gain the week before), and I used more than my weeklies (I was negative). I’d say I average 1-2 lbs a week, for losses.

I think it’s different for each person. What works for one does not always work for the other.

I just read another person say thank you for suggesting to eat all my points because now I’m starting to lose weight again.

Don't go for fast. Slow is the way to go. You change your head gradually and that is the most important thing. Anyone can to on a crash diet. Slowly will help keep it off much better. Patience is the key.

You were losing at a pretty good rate I would leave it alone and keep doing what you’re doing.
