So, I'm curious as to what others would do. This morning I weighed in and it said 230. 7. This was before breakfast and before, ahem, going to the bathroom. So right after, I ate breakfast and about 30 minutes later, went to the bathroom. About 20 minutes later, I went to take a shower and figured, what the heck, I'll weigh again to see if it really does make a difference. This time it said 229! I did it 3 different times and they all said 229. Lol so which would you log, the 230. 7 or the 229? (I logged the lower number, fyi. :) )
