So, it's fashnact day.  I would love to have one but the app says they are 12points.So, it's fashnact day. I would love to have one but the app says they are 12points. I have 54 weeklys I have not used and will have some points left after dinner. Does anyone else feel guilty using their weeklys? I am on week 2 and have not used a single one yet, but tomorrow is weigh in so I hesitate to make today the day. I also usually end up with a few points left over every day and wonder if that is a problem. Perhaps I should be eating more? Thoughts?

I eat most of my weeklies and some of my fit points. When I started tracking calories in addition to points, I noticed I was eating way too few calories when I was only eating my target number of points. If you're hungry, eat.

I use all my points and all of my weeklies. In my meetings, my leader encourages us to all do this. She says that ww gives us these points for a reason. I lose every week doing this.

You will have to trial and error if you want to use weeklies or not. everybody is different and our bodies react differently to the amount of food we eat. Good luck to you on your weight loss journey!
