Look in the ingredients and see if it contains sugar.

Make sure the ones that are three aren't seasoned. Some companies add meat. Example pork and beans. Black eyed peas and bacon.

@rendition454 she roasted them in the oven and if they scan zero in the can and her seasoning is 0sp then they should be 0sp.
