Question

I’m going scale shopping, mine is making me crazy it’s jumping around 5 pounds from one day to the next  I would like to know if anyone had a scale they really like ?

Got one from Amazon that you download a app, then you turn the app on when u get on the scale and it downloads ur weight, bone mass, muscle mass, bmi and other things also. My gym uses something similar. I'm thinking of getting it for home, I love all the information. I was surprised at all the good numbers even when my weight and BMI weren't great.

I bought a weight watchers scale at HEB for $20. It works for me!

EnerPlex on Amazon. Tells BMI and all kinds of stats. Best scale that I’ve found

I have the digital WW scale. It’s 10+ years old and still works great. Only changed batteries once so far.

Thanks everyone for input! Someone said change the battery! I didn’t know it had batteries I will do the 5 lb weight thing too.

Follow up. my scale doesn’t use batteries so that’s not the problem. The 5 # weight didn’t register at all so I did a 5 lb and 8lb together and wait for it . registered straight up 13lbs so there you have it I gained 4 lbs overnight ! I hate my life

I have a Taylor scale I bought 13 years ago when I started WW (Purchased at Bed Bath and Beyond). I am amazed at how accurate it still is. It has consistently weighed me within 1 pound of my meeting weigh ins
