Make a homemade mask of pumpkin, brown sugar, used coffee grounds and honey. This makes your face feel awesome! Let it dry and leave on for 30 minutes.

@slaty4005  one can of pumpkin preferably not organic because organic is runny. U really want a lot coffee grounds, I use used ones from a K cup probably from 2. Just eyeball how much but u want it runny but not. I keep in the refrigerator. Add a lot of brown sugar. I also added raw sugar because it has bigger particles. Honey not so much. But definitely use cheap honey. The container u make will last a long time in the refrigerator. Best to buy $1 wipes or jus thump in the shower. I love it! Makes your face feel so taught, and soft. I want to scrub it off because of the coffee grounds so don’t use just your hands. Voila

I find that if I stay busy I don’t eat mindlessly or out of boredom. Organize those closets and cupboards- great way to not think about food!

Only keep foods around that you don't really enjoy for in between meals. Plan healthy meals! I used to get the cookies that were not my favorites when my kids were small. They loved oreos and I did not, etc.
