How does everyone track rice? I know when I scan it the 1/4 cup is for dry. How do you know how much to track for 1/4 cup cooked?

Cooked. One cup of cooked white rice is 6 points.

It also gives you for cooked, just change to cup and how much you have, be careful when you measure don’t pack it down because that can be more than a cup

Type in cooked rice (the type you’re using) in the app then transfer the servings to grams and weigh it. Weighing your food is the absolute way to measure your food!
