I suggest using only 3/4 cup of yogurt instead of 1 cup. Otherwise your dough might be extra sticky because Fage yogurt is very thick.

I made them with one of the worst ff Greek yogurts I’ve ever tasted. Made mini bagels, crackers, and pigs in a blanket. They all tasted fine

It will be fine. Use under a cup so it isn't so loose and you won't need to add a lot of flour to kneed it.

I just bought Fage brand to try. Always have used store brand and they are great so can’t imagine they are going to be better with Fage but will find out!

I used the store brand yogurt and made the 2 ingredient dough for pizza and it was delicious. I didn’t have any problem with it being sticky or anything.

We use Aldi's brand. I go with 1C self rising flour and 3/4C yogurt only because the moisture content is a bit more than Fage.

I think the Member’s Mark Sam’s Club brand is as thick as the Fage. I like it for the bagels and I like the thinner Aldi for the yogurt dip. ♀️ You would think it would all be the same but sometimes it’s not.

Use any brand as long as it’s 0 points. Some are more wet than Fage’ just use a little less if it is so you dough isn’t too sticky.

Any brand is fine. I used regular plain ff store brand and they turned out perfect. No need to spend $$ for Greek yogurt for baked items, IMO.

Yes It still works, pro tip don't add all your yogurt, sometimes it's to sticky. If I use a cup I will add 3/4 of a cup until I like the consitancy.

Any brand works. I think people get hung up on a certain brand because it might have less liquid. I usually start with a bit less yogurt and then add more — I’d rather do that than have to add more flour if it’s sticky
