I had the same problem. I decided to change my membership from digital only to digital and studio. Weighing in each week keeps me in check and I am motivated and encouraged by listening to others success stories, including how they overcome or bounce back from “bad days”. Another thing I do is check out and try new WW recipes I find on Pinterest. The thing that helps me most is making out my weekly menu, picking up my groceries and doing food prep on Sunday afternoons. These things motivate me to get moving and stay on track.
