I had the same problem. I decided to change my membership from digital only to digital and studio. Weighing in each week keeps me in check and I am motivated and encouraged by listening to others success stories, including how they overcome or bounce back from “bad days”. Another thing I do is check out and try new WW recipes I find on Pinterest. The thing that helps me most is making out my weekly menu, picking up my groceries and doing food prep on Sunday afternoons. These things motivate me to get moving and stay on track.

The thing is that motivation alone doesn't work. You need to have a strong reason to reach your goal. You need to believe you can do that. You need to make a decision to pursue your goal and commit to doing what it take to reach your goal.

This morning I decided to look for new recipes on Pinterest and meal plan the whole week. I am not sure why but this helped me feel motivated and ready to kick this week’s butt.

Motivation for me is staying with in the program and feeling in control over food. I completely lost it before I started again and needed control over my emotional eating. Also other things like fitting into a seat on an airplane so i can visit my grandson in the UK.

My motivation did not come from within it came from a doctor telling me in black-and-white it’s time to get my act together. I guess after the initial shock and awe my motivation is coming from with in me but it was her words that really sparked a fire

I had an MRI last week and just BEING in that hospital was motivation enough for me to NOT EVER WANT TO EN@pervious UP THERE! Go visit a hospital. It’ll SNAP YOU RIGHT INTO SHAPE to be motivated!

At the beginning of the week, do meal prep so you don't just grab anything when you are hungry. Boil eggs, cut of vegetables or fruits that you like.
