Hey all!  So I’ve been struggling with breakfast.Hey all! So I’ve been struggling with breakfast. I start work super early and have been eating oatmeal because it’s fast and cheap. Well, that’s not cutting it. Does anyone have any recommendations for a frozen breakfast sandwich that’s decent in points?

Food prep is your friend make small egg frittatas with vegetables in a muffin pan. Bag them up in twos stack them up in your fridge grab them and go with a piece of fruit and maybe an individual sized yogurt. Processed foods contain lots of salt and some times sugars.

I’ve done this for years. Make a huge omelette with mushrooms, cut up broccoli, and red peppers. Divide into several equal portions, and have delicious super quick breakfast every morning.

Make egg salad the night before. I use to take egg salad or deviled eggs to work for breakfast! It’s filling - protein .
