French toast, Monte Cristo sandwich, ramen noodles with veggies and egg, yogurt, fresh fruit, quesadilla, BLT, cottage cheese, cold pizza.

@millicent for French toast I use one egg beaten and one piece of low fat bread dipped. The excess egg I eat on the side scrambled. I cook in a non stick skillet and use fresh fruit to top.

Rosie, I mix one banana and one egg in a bowl and make pancakes, I add a little vanilla extract and a pinch on ground cinnamon, so yummy, only 1 point each, top with sf syrup

I make mini quiches in muffin pans. Muffin tin cups with meat and veggies with light bread crust. Wraps done like burritos can be frozen and heated in the microwave for on the go. I vary ingredients depending on what I have and there is no food I won't use and "breakfast" food are not the only ingredients
