@rotter, another one of my favorite 0  point breakfasts. red onion, peppers, mushroom, shredded hash browns, spinach 2 egg omelette, fat free cottage cheese, and fresh fruit. almond coffee with 1 tablespoon stevia and 69ml chocolate Premier Protein.

@contraoctave Hi Good morning! Brown rice doesn't have a point value on the purple plan. On purple you only get 16 points a day, but whole foods such as brown rice, potato, oatmeal, Quinoa, sweet potato's don't have a point value.
