Has anyone tried the cheesecake with eggs, sugar free instant pudding, non fat greek yogurt, splenda, and vanilla? Looking for suggestions on if you changed anything or if you liked the taste of it. Thanks!

It was ok. Not something I would make regularly. I'm going to try it again with the monkfruit sweetener.

I made it and did not care for it at all, it was too tangy for my taste.

Make it every week to use as my daily desert. Sometimes I freeze slices with a popsicle stick in it!

I eat this every day. I use stevia instead of splenda though.

I have played with this recipe a lot to make the texture more like cheesecake. I use 4 cups of yogurt and strain in a colander lined with coffee filters over a bowl for at least 48 hours. (you will pour out about 3/4 to 1 cup of whey. Then follow the recipe as usual. I have also added 1 tbsp of coconut extract or caramel extract instead of the vanilla. I made the chocolate mint cheesecake by adding chocolate pudding mix, 1/4 cup of cocoa and 1/4 cup of stevia and 1 tsp mint extract.

I do it with cheesecake pudding, and I use Stevia for the sweetener. I really like it, it tastes a lot like cheesecake.

Just pulled out of my oven. I found that the longer in frog and dry out the better it is. Great with sugar free cherry pie filling.

I do several variations. Chocolate SF pudding w/almond extract, white choc SF pudding w/coconut extract, cheesecake SF pudding with lemon extract. I also from time to time add crumbeled oreo thins, coconut flakes, or white chocolate chips on top, depending on the flavor I choose. I also use stevia, not Splenda. I am a big fan of these “cheesecakes” but I agree it is an acquired taste.

I also add one quarter cup of fat free half and half, it cuts the sharpness of the yogurt.
