When I try the Greek yogurt and sugar free cheesecake pudding mixture. it’s so thick and chalky. Just tastes sour. What’s the right ratio of both? Maybe I’m doing something wrong.

Greek yogurt DOES taste sour. I tried to make ranch dressing with it and I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth. I've not had luck with that cheesecake recipe and have heard many others on here say the same.

Use fat free whipped cream with the pudding and use fat free sour cream and fat free mayo with the ranch dressing mix. Greek yogurt is not the only go to you can use and it always tastes sour to me.

Add a little light cool whip. It makes a huge difference

@samira14 yes but 1/4c of light cool whip adds 7 points!

@humming 1/4 C of light Cool Whip is not 7! Its 4 tablespoons so that's two points. And that's spread out over the entire two pound container of yogurt. So it's less than 1 Point per serving.

I add no more than 1 or 2 T at the most to a serving. 1 point tops!

This is the recipe I use and to me it tastes great! But not everyone likes the greek yogurt. I would change it to plain regular yogurt, if you need to.

My recommendation is to keep trying it, as it may grow on you. I used to hate avocado, but kept trying it and now I love it.

I add 1 pkt of stevia per cup of yogurt to cut sourness. Could try mixing with a little fat free milk of choice to thin the consistency.

The zero point cheesecake is amazing. 3 cups of greek non fat yogurt, box of sugar free cream cheese pudding, 3 eggs, 3 T stevia, 1 T of vanilla extract. Refrigerate overnight. Soooo yummy!
