I do this also. I also add about 1/2 C light cool whip to the whole container. I sometimes just put a couple spoonfuls over fresh strawberries! SO GOOD!

I use 1Tbsp. 2 makes it too thick for my taste. It's all account to preference though.

Try adding no sugar added applesauce to your yogurt. It's very tasty!

@hereat77 that’s what I do. I add the no sugar added blueberry applesauce, blueberries and strawberries, and mini semi sweet choc morsels to my Nf plain Greek yogurt. Mmm so good.

Sugar free pudding is not exactly a health food. Instead, try unsweetened applesauce or fruit. Frozen fruit is wonderful.

@balmacaan Im pretty sure we all know that, but some people like an occasional sweet treat. It might keep them motivated to stay the course.

@balmacaan she didnt ask whether or not healthy, dont judge. She asked how much to use.

Tip: if you are on Purple you can use just plain nonfat yogurt. not greek, and it's not as crazy thick. It's much better imo
