I add sugar free jello mix to it and it is amazing. Strawberry. Lime. Etc
by (650 points)
@brenda3720 I actually muddled some blackberries and was going to try to add them on the top. Of that spend work, I’ll get some jello at the store tomorrow. Thank you

@homosporous that sounds like it will be amazing.

The only sugar free pudding that isn’t completely disgusting is the chocolate. None of them are particularly wonderful. but the chocolate is the best. (This is coming from someone who isn’t a fan of chocolate)

Try adding a little bit of stevia You could also add fat free cool whip Or fresh fruit It is a non fat Greek yogurt so it does have a bit of a tart taste When I make it I also add some unsweetened almond milk to thin it out and make it like a mousse I have also used crushed Graham crackers crumbs

I hate Greek yougurt but I make this cheesecake weekly. I have made it with pumpkin and now this week with pistachio pudding mix. It’s my sweet treat. I do find it needs to be baked longer than 30 minutes.
by (2.5k points)
@cirque, did you add a sugar substitute?
by (150 points)
@bunyip8788 Yes I used Splenda
by (2.5k points)
@cirque, I think that's what we did wrong. I forgot to add my splenda‍♀️
by (150 points)
@bunyip8788 3 tablespoons of Splenda 1 tablespoon of vanilla, eggs, yogurt and the pudding mix. I’m diabetic so I’m use to sugar free stuff that might help me.
by (1.5k points)
I use stevia. And it has to be refrigerated at least overnight. The longer the better! Made this last night. @cirque do you just add pumpkin to the recipe for a pumpkin cheesecake?
by (150 points)
@foam27474 Yes I added a cup but think it could have used more, next time I’m just gonna use the whole can, but bake it a lot longer.

I use non fat Greek yogurt, a packet of truvia, pb2 and lite Hershey syrup for a dessert!
by (690 points)
@schick79 holy smokes that sounds like a dream in my mouth.
by (4.6k points)
It's like chocolate peanut butter pie filling! YUM

I felt the same, I can't get past the aftertaste. Must be the chemicals in the sugar free pudding

How big was the container of Fage?
by (650 points)
@bunyip8788 I didn’t wither either.
by (650 points)
@bunyip8788 game changer ! Add some fresh muddled blackberries with a little stevia. It’s soooo yummy !
by (2.5k points)
@homosporous, definitely going to try that!
by (650 points)
@bunyip8788 I muddle, microwaved for one minute, put in the fridge to cool down. Oh and I added about 1 teaspoon of monk fruit )not stevia. Wow ! It was so good
by (650 points)
@bunyip8788 it was 2sp for 1/2 cup !

by (650 points)
@blowbyblow58953 I didn’t cook mine either. Some do and some don’t.

I made it and it was terrible also. Then I made it again with regular instant pudding and no other sugar and it was tasty. 3. 3 points for a 1/6 of the pie. Worth it to me.

Greek yogurt has a really strange aftertaste to me, too, regardless of brand. I have heard the same about those two-ingredient bagels as well.

I use the large, I think it’s 32 ounces, container of Fage, sugar free cheesecake pudding and a package of sugar free strawberry jello. Combine and beat well with a hand mixer. 2 sp for 1/2 cup of mixture. Serve topped with fresh strawberries. I love it and have never noticed an after taste.

@foam27474 recipe please. Thanks

@stepdame you can Google weight watchers zero point cheesecake in case I get it wrong but off the top of my head I believe it's three eggs, three cups of nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract and three tablespoons of stevia. You could use truvia or another sugar substitute but I prefer natural. Whisk your eggs, sugar and vanilla extract together. Then put in your 3 cups of nonfat Greek yogurt and a packet of sugar free fat free cheesecake instant pudding. Once everything is mixed really well put it into a cheesecake pan or a pie pan. Cook on 350 for 30 minutes. Let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Then cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight or as long as you can before you eat it. The longer you refrigerate it the better it's going to taste and the better the texture is going to be.

@foam27474 I make it also, I like it.

Use sugar free cool whip instead of the yogurt then freeze it. voila, ice cream!

You can add 1 Tbsp lemon juice, almond flavoring or vanilla to the cheesecake. It is delicious cold with fat free cool whip and fresh pineapple, strawberries, raspberries or blueberries on top. It is very good.

I wasn't much of a fan either. Certain flavors are better than others, but it's just not for me.

It’s the aftertaste from the aspartame in the afternoon pudding. I can’t do that stuff. So bad!
by (650 points)
@schizothymia Gronewold it wasn’t that, I’m use to that. It was something else, it after I let it sit all night it’s yummy !

@departed I thought of that, but that’s a lot of points. Turns out it’s great if it sits overnight.

I love it. Did you add vanilla flavoring, eggs? I also add 1 cup of frozen berries (heated up). If you Google WW cheesecake, you can get lots of different flavors--lemon, chocolate etc

Grate some lemon or orange rind into it. It isn’t going to be like real cheesecake but it’ll be enough to satisfy a sweet tooth.
