You can check the WW website and it will tell you how it works. I really don’t know how you will be able to accurately figure out your points allowance and the points of the food without purchasing the app for 19. 95 monthly or join with a special. I see some people have posted alternatives .

WW gives you the points system but it is a paid program. However, there are different levels of pay and often there are deals you can join under. You can join with a personal coach which is the most expensive. You can join with meetings which is the most popular. It comes with the online app also. And you can join with just online which has the whole app and program but it is the least expensive. What you pay depends on what deal was going on when you signed up. Some health insurances will cover the WW fee. I have heard that a different program called "itrackbites" is very similar to ww and it is free.

I figure Out everything from the app which is $20 a month. I’m guessing that’s too much. I think you could probably just follow along on Facebook.

Yes, I’m retired and switch to I Track Bites. It’s a free app, or for$ 35. 00 a year you get the pro plan. Well worth the money. Online community, tracking, uses the WW plans old and new
