It’s a bread type dough. The Eggo Nutrigrain waffle is 2 points for 1 waffle.

I use this recipe for pancakes and they taste really good. They should work for waffles.

Use kodiak cakes. About a quarter cup, an egg, enough water to make it not so chunky and some vanilla!

1 mashed up banana to 2 eggs I make pancakes that way. I’m sure it would work in a waffle maker. I also used to run a Nutrition place where we used 1 scoop protein 1 egg 1 spoonful of water In a waffle maker to make protein waffles

1 point pancakes/waffles 1 cup self rising flour 1/2 cup NF Greek yogurt 2 eggs 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 /2 tsp vanilla 1/8 tsp almond extract (I leave this out) 1/3 cup + 2 Tbls water The flour is the only thing with points (11) May need more water depending on the yogurt you use (some are thicker thicker). I made 10 5 to 6” pancakes (fluffy and good). 1 point per pancake. EXPERIMENT!

@response my self rising flour is 11points per cup. I’m on blue, so I don’t know if that makes a difference. Just checked the app and my Gold Medal flour is 11 points per cup.

@response I just checked the WW app again to get my answers. Try the app instead of scanning — I have mine in a canister, so I don’t have the bag.

@duffie I read somewhere that Gold Medal self rising flour is less points than others

Have you looked at Chaffee recipes? There are several versions out there that are very good. Some only require a Tablespoon of almond powder and the rest is eggs and cheese.

Kodiak pancake mix makes waffles and muffins for 2 points each. Mash a banana, add an egg, splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and voila!

I would think you could make waffles with it. I’ve only made bagels so far, but want to try making other stuff.

Kodiak pancake mix is good. I put some cake batter extract in mine and have it with SF syrup and its only 5pts for a 1/2 mix.
