Sometimes you have to shake things up. I was in the habit of having yogurt every morning and stopped losing so I tried changing it to a muffin egg cheese and canidian bacon and that was the trick. We had a lady in our group that had the same problem and the leader ask her what she really would like to eat and she said a beer and cheese burger so the leader told her to have it of course she told her to count the points and she did and that seemed to help her because she started losing again. Worth a try.

Do what i did this last week. One day preferably on weigh in day after you weigh in. Eat a big meal. Then go back to normal the rest of the week. I lost 2. 2

Remember it's a new way of life, so you're not cheating if you eat higher point foods. You may not lose every week - I didn't, yet lost 58 lbs to make lifetime in 2008 at 57yrs old (now 68). I've maintained that loss and lost 10 more. I usually ensure I watch my salt intake and drink more water the day before weigh in.

Scream & cry! Then I go back to the basics & read my material over again like it's my first day with WW. Figure out what is going on & what is different. Talk with WW friends & you can speak with your WW Coach (if doing Workshops).

Drink water, cut carbs and exercise. And track everything. I know this, now if I could just do it.
