I’ve been on WW before they changed it. lost 40 pounds. was eating terrible gained a good 25-30 back. Went back on the program and it’s been a month of no weight loss despite sticking with the points etc. anyone else having this issue? Any ideas? Thank you

Blue. Lost maybe 1lb in 3 months. Was going up and down. Calories are calories. No food is free or all u can eat. Now green much better. Still slow but still loosing.

Oh ya I only switch to blue while on vacation bcuz I find it easier to Just eat certain foods then have my 23 for wine. I don’t loose doing this but maybe gain 1 or stay the same.

Perhaps try limiting your carbs. Makes a huge difference for me!

I'm going through the same exact thing on blue. May give green a try just to see what happens

I'm on the green plan and I do intermittent fasting.

Consider switching but track everything, even zero point foods so you can see where you are
