Yes, there are 3. And yes, you can take an assessment to see which might be good for you. However, once you learn about all 3 programs, you can also chose which one appeals to you. They are all based on what they call Smart Points. The only difference is the number of Daily Points and the number of 0 Point foods (all that will be explained once you join). If you are completely new or it has been awhile, I highly recommend doing workshops and digital - at least for awhile - if you can. It will help.
