I did for about 3 weeks to pass a weigh in I had to do for my job. Here's the thing. Keto is about which foods you can eat. WW is about how much you can eat. If you do both at the same time, you're limited in both, which is really hard. Things that you can fill up on while doing keto will cost you a lot of points on WW. For what it's worth, I lost 18 pounds in 3 weeks doing both, but I hated my life the entire time. I would never do both again.
