Is anyone gluten free or dairy free?  My fiancé has celiac so I know the ropes a little bit but wondering your snacks/hacks? I’m trying it out for a few weeks as my stomach has been having some unusual bloating and uncomfortableness. Thank you in advance.

When the doctor suggested my kids go gluten free due to their allergies, I tried it too. Overall, I did not feel well eating gluten-free products. If you compare labels, a lot of gluten-free products have more sodium in them. It just didn’t agree with me, so I didn’t do it.

@memorialize I did notice they have more “stuff” in them. my fiancé has celiac so she has to eat it but I wasn’t sure just a fluke with my stomach recently or what

I am gluten and dairy free, although I do eat goat cheese. My snacks: fruit, roasted sunflower seeds (I roast them myself without oil or salt), Kewaza balls (1 is 4 points and surprisingly filling), Julian Bakery stay thin peanut butter bar (4 points, I think), farmer’s we know quinoa cacao granola. I also took out nightshades from diet, which helped a lot with unusual bloating (so white potatoes, peppers, zucchini. )
