For chicken salad: canned or fresh cooked chicken, onion and celery diced up, dried cranberries, slivered almonds or cut up cashews if not allergic to nuts, salt and pepper to taste, use either fat free yogurt or fat free mayo. mix well and put in refrig the day before and let flavors mingle. Now tuna salad: canned water packed tuna, celery and celery diced up, squirt of lemon or lime juice, salt and pepper to taste, use either fat free yogurt or fat free mayo, mix well and put in frig day before to all flavors mingle.

You can have mayo, its just you have to learn portions, this is good to discipline yourself. Get your tablespoon out and actually measure you will quickly see that it has been a source of unhealthy portions. I finally got to the point where I didn't want to waste my points on mayo and went to mustard or went without.
