Question

I just did the sugar free yellow cake mix and diet soda hack (we used Diet Dr Pepper and Cream soda), it came out so delicious! Does anyone else have other combinations they do such as for brownies that are also low in points?

@tasteful I calculated ~3 pts for one cupcake. 2 for no frosting and I did less than a tbsp of sugar free frosting so I'm counting it as 3!

I did brownie and diet cherry Pepsi and it came out well, just have to make sure it’s baked all the way!

I just made these this evening! I was bored so I started playing in the kitchen and they turned out so good! I called them “strawberry lemonade muffins” lol 1 box of Pillsbury sugar free yellow cake mix 1 box of lemon jello pudding 1 single container of Dannon Light and Fit toasted coconut vanilla Greek yogurt 2 cups of water Smucker’s sugar free strawberry preserves for the center  4pts each!

I used the barcode scanner for each and just changed the ingredients to what I would guess is point wise in each serving  the only thing I got my points from was the cake mix being 4pts a serving so that’s what I was going by, but again I’m new and could be totally wrong

@exum56 best way to figure is the points for the whole box of cake mix dry, and total points for any added ingredients, then divide by number of cupcakes you made

Sugar free brownie mix, 6 tbs PB2, 1/2 cup apple sauce, 1 egg white. I made 12 brownies in a muffin tin - 3 points each. Yummy with cool whip or scoop of ice cream

@birkett5 sugar free yellow cake mix made with orange sugar free can of soda. Then poked holes in the cooled cake and put in sugar free orange jello. Topped with sugar free Cool Whip and mandarin oranges. 3 pts per slice on . 9 x 13 pan into 15 pieces.
