I finally made a half decent two ingredient pizza! After I cooked it, I realized that I wanted a cruncher crust so does anyone have an idea to do that? I put it in a bit longer but that didn't do anything to the bottom crust. Thanks

Prebake the crust just till it starts to change color then add toppings and slide it off the pan back in the oven directly on the rack.

I always cook my crust for 10-12 minutes first, and then I flip it and add ingredients after. This way it gets nice and crisp all around.

Always know after a pizza comes out of the oven, the best way to crisp up the crust is to place in a frying pan and heat it for a few minutes. Perfect crunch.
by (1.4k points)
@wordplay just started doing that with left oner pizza. Works great

I use a pizza stoneware pan or a metal cookie sheet that is not insulated ( it will take longer and doesn't crisp on the bottom of pizza if you use an insulated cookie sheet). If using a metal cookie sheet use a paper baking sheet if you have them. I also cut the pizza into slices before I cook it. So much easier.

Or you could have put it on the very bottom of the oven at 450 for no more than 5 minutes. After 5 minutes move it to a higher rack and lower to 400 until the cheese is melted

I use a yeast based dough that is low points as well. It gets crunchy baking @450 degrees F. I use 2 1/4 c all purpose flour + 1 1/2 c water 2 tsp dry avtive yeast and 1 1/2 TBSP sugar and 1 tsp salt. Mix and let it rise. My thin crust is 4 pts per small cookie sheet which I eat half of cause it's a lot. Thick crust is double. It is a basic bread recipie.

I have a ceramic pan from pampered chef, I found the trick is to preheat the stone along in the oven. Then I cooked just the crust for 8 min and then put the topping on returned to oven to heat and melt the cheese. Super crispy. If you don’t have a stone try and precook the crust first.

Something I like better than the 2 ingredient crust is using a Joseph’s pita as the crust. I don’t split it as I would for a sandwich or a wrap, but I heat it in a skillet, then put my pizza sauce and toppings on it and into the air fryer for just a few minutes until it gets crispy and the toppings are hot and cheese melted. The pitas are 1 point each and makes a nice crisp crust

Thanks you. I put the ball in the middle, then smooshed it with a plate as much as I could to flatten it. The rest I rolled with a floured rolling pin to make the rest

Skinny pizza dough, recipe by mybizzykitchen. com, roll dough out on parchment paper sprayed with a tiny bit of pam, add a few holes with a fork, then spread on a thin layer of alouette garlic herb cheese, then add sauce, toppings, & cheese, then put paper directly on a baking steel. So dang good! I got one for Christmas and I leave it in my oven all the time, on the very bottom rack. I cook my pizza on 450° for 11 minutes, then crack the oven door and cook for another minute. Then I grab the edges of the parchment paper to take it out. put it on a cooling rack, still on the parchment paper, for about 2 mins before cutting. This keeps the hot steam from making it soggy. Dough is super crisp without any precooking. It's so good! I keep a gallon size ziploc of dough in my fridge at all times! Usually around 7pts on blue with my choice of toppings.

Take it out of the pan and put it directly on the oven rack for a few extra minutes when it's nearly done. it'll crunch-i-fy the crust
