I’m not sure if anyone has posted this in here yet. not from what I’ve seen. ok, has anyone seen self rising flour ANYWHERE? I haven’t seen it for almost 2 months and need for my 2-ingredient dough!

I never see self-rising flour - but then again, I only buy flour a couple of times a year. Anyway, I made 2-ingredient pizza and just made my own self-rising flour and it turned out great.

Self-rising flour is a combination of all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Chances are high that you already have those staples in your pantry already too. The blend is typically comprised of 1 cup of all-purpose flour plus 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon fine salt.
