How is everyone staying in track while at home? I start out the day in track and then slowly downward spiral.

I start my day with a 5 mile walk. If I don’t do that, I eat alllllll the things all day long. When I exercise first thing, I don’t want to sabotage my efforts. It’s a psychological thing for me, so it works. I’m down 6 lbs since we’ve been quarantined.

That's been my routine for the last 10 days or so, until yesterday. I'm really proud that I actually ate under my points yesterday and had a rollover!

@woodwork2124 Good for you!

Honestly, it was one of the most difficult days since I've started. It's been really hard battling stay-at-home munchies!

First two week were good and now I’m getting a bit off track.

These are certainly crazy times. Sometimes it feels like the world is conspiring against me. Yesterday about an hour before my usual walk about 4 Police SUVs, 4 pick up trucks, a tow truck and at 10-15 ATF officers swarmed in and blocked my apartment for about 7 or 8 hours. Thankfully it all cleared up by the time I woke up this morning.

I am doing okay. Staying on plan, walking, going to virtual meetings is helping to keep me calm, to feel like SOMETHING is in my control! I am not losing a great deal but I lost 1. 5lbs in the two weeks since virtual meetings started and I am just fine with that considering the current situation!

Same. I start out with good intentions and spiral out by end of day. My only saving grace right now is that I try to fast from 6pm-11am.

I think some of my problem lately is that I’ve been sick so just eating whatever to get through the day.

I'm a school teacher, and home until further notice. I do pretty well at school so I put myself on a schedule which includes working hours, taking a walk, meals, etc. It has really helped me stay on track. If I don't have a schedule, I get bored and as a result, I'm in the kitchen way too many times!

@clematis maybe that’s my problem! I’m working at home and can’t seem to focus
by (500 points)
@bigeye It's SOOOO easy to get distracted at home, and I admit, I still do, but not as much as the first week. I was in the refrigerator constantly!
by (510 points)
@clematis that’s me now. 3 ice cream cones later
by (500 points)
@bigeye Well, if I'm going to splurge, it's definitely ice cream! LOL

I’m better at home than I am at work, yesterday was a bad day but I tracked it all and got right back to it today. I’ve come to far in the last 6 weeks to let this derail me.

I find that by tracking and sometimes guesstimating the weight of something I’m staying accountable. And yes I go over my points at times but I’ve lost almost 5lbs in 2 weeks

Think of tracking as a study instead of a chore and it takes the pressure of losing weight off your mind.

ugh I've gained 9 pounds this is making me so miserable . how do it get back to it .
by (1.5k points)
@chiffon I gained 7 the first week and this week it is going back down. But every day I have to convince myself that I am worth it and what my goals are. Which then makes me try harder for myself. I work on projects to keep me busy.
by (360 points)
@brunk thank you I'm going to try to jump back on the wagon
by (1.5k points)
@chiffon just take it day by day. I like to think of it as the bus, will i ride the ww bus today or do I need to take the day off.

I am actually doing much better staying home to eat! Much better control than when I went out a lot to eat. I don’t want this to be another excuse to derail my healthy eating. If my goal is to be, it is up to me! :)

@workbench353 Lilley Smith me too, I feel so in control!

Doing better at home than at work Not sure when i will be going back but tracking everything helps I pace around the house and do the outside of the house also. Aaptiv helps with the walking and gets you activity points

We're all in this together! I have been struggling as well. I have reminders on my phone to track breakfast, lunch and dinner at certain times. I have all the tools - my mind gets in the way! Today is my back on track day. Best of luck everyone!
