Heck yeah! I'm going to do my weekly weigh-in tomorrow morning and expect to have gained. (However, based on my weigh-ins throughout the week, I hope to have keep it less than a pound. )

Kinda but its not so bad atm. Im on green so i get 36 daily points and lots of weeklies. I can eat almost anything, its just gonna be portion control tbh. Ive lost 0. 7kg thos week so im kinda happy

I heard a helpful suggestion. calendar blocking. plan your day with the have tis, the want tos, something. special and plan when you are going to eat. Not eat and. I found this to be my next experiment. plan meals and times and then take a break and eat and block out times. lets rock and rolll

I don’t want to be drastically reducing my calories right now in case I get sick. I am eating a lot more fruits and vegetables to try to keep my immune system healthy.

Yes, I wake up every morning with good intentions and by noon I've decided to quit. I stress eat. The silly thing is I stress eat because I'm nervous about having enough food. which only adds to the problem. I'm all over the place.

Especially now that state has issued stay in place. Went to store and today and people were sneezing, coughing, etc. Only going out when I need something. I have lupus and this really scares me to go out!

It’s so hard I have days I just can’t do it loss of motivation due to depression and worried about what’s going to happen next who is gonna die next from the virus it makes it hard to stay on track plus no meetings no weigh ins it’s  sad!

Yes but my problem started January 22 when I had knee surgery. my husband did all cooking and preparing snacks. I keep praying I can get back to tracking. not sure why i am having trouble getting back
