I started #ww on 1/1 and lost 11 lbs. I’m on the blue plan. Last week I gained 2 lbs and I weighed myself and gained another 2 lbs. I don’t get it. I’m wondering if I should change plans but I don’t know which one? The only difference I can really see is the daily points?

That’s still good amount, I wouldn’t change yet. Your weight will fluctuate by 1-3 lbs. especially depending on your cycle and salty foods. Staying on long term is the hardest part.

This happens to all of us. Don't kid yourself, it's a roller coaster ride a lot of the time. Many, many factors to consider, especially being a woman. ( age, meds, activity levels, water weight. Don't get discouraged.

Check and see if you are eating too many calories for a day. I stopped losing and I counted my calories and although I was under my points I was eating far over the recommended calorie count to lose! Can’t hurt to try! I started counting and lost immediately again

you don’t have to everyday. One time was just enough for me to realize that I’m still able to over eat while also being in my points! Which was shocking!

Stay where you’re at for 6 weeks. If you’re not seeing results then change. Give it and you time to adjust.

If you follow the plan to the letter you will lose. Each plan is approximately 1200 calories a day. Tracking is the key to success. If you overeat free foods you are tacking on calories. Follow the portion size guide. 3 oz of chicken breast is free, three or four of those will tack on calories.

If you are not weighing and measuring portion sizes, try it for a week. Also is it that time of the month?

They just put me on the pill due to menopause and I am finding really hard to loose weight. I understand. One week I lost 1. 8 the next week gained 1. 2. No changes, exact same menu.

Green. More points and less free foods. I overate the free stuff on blue and gained.

I have seen posts by so many people, who have been on and off of Weight Watchers for years, and they are asking how to return to “normal” eating after they reach their goal weight.
