What is everyone cooking for Easter Sunday? I'm going to bake Chicken and steam some greenbeans for myself and add a couple more sides for my family. I'm going to stay on track. Best of success to "YOU".

Depends on what I find st the store tomorrow. Easter is one holiday that I usually have my 20 family members over for. I will eat alone. But soon.

I’m making full out home made lasagna. home made pasta bolognese sauce and bechamel. Veal spezzatino with salad. Just 3 Of us. Will celebrate with food then back to WW on Monday. But. boy oh boy. I will enjoy! Happy Easter everyone!

We are having: smoked cornish hens, twice baked shrimp potatoes, garlic carrots, asparagus wrapped in bacon with mushrooms, corn, deviled eggs, orange dessert and blackberry cheesecake. Just the two of us this year. :( I'll make a ham dinner, and have the kids when all of this is over with.

I’ll start Easter Sunday with a waffle smothered with fresh strawberries. Easter dinner will be with honey and soy sauce glazed salmon, asparagus, guacamole deviled eggs, a tiny bottle of wine and lemon pound cake topped with Redi whip for dessert. I’m making the most of being by myself. Easter Blessings to you.
