Can someone please tell me if eggs are free why does it matter how they are cooked? I tracked my scrambled eggs no cheese or milk in them and fried in pan and they were 2 points. They only way it shows they are free is hard boiled or baked into something.
cheese

Just put it in as egg, not hard boiled, scrambled, poached, baked or fry.

ok thanks. I'm on blue and I type in scrambled or fried and it gives points. I didn't know if just writing eggs was cheating.

I use spray oil which on the app is 0sp for 5 sprays, which is enough if you have a good non stick pan.

If you don't add any ingredients with points, track them as 'eggs'. I think the app assumes you add butter or cream or something else to make Scrambled Eggs

It assumes you are actually frying it with oil. Just pick the cooked egg if you aren’t adding oil. They actually used to have an entry for scrambled/fried with spray or nonstick pan, but it looks like they might have dropped it

Zero points yes but very easy to over eat the zero point foods as they have calories. We tend to forget because they are zero points. All I’m saying
