I'm wondering what the average person on here loses in a week? If you have over 75 lbs to lose and up. What are your averages? I'm frustrated with how low my numbers are. This week alone I've ONLY lost . 4! I've changed my entire lifestyle. I used to drink sweet tea and pop all day. I completely quit all of that. I've replaced it with water, water, water and nasty unsweetened tea. It's been 6 weeks and I'm only down 12. 5 lbs.
