I love whole milk and I was told that whole milk was healthier because lower grams of sugar which is true. On Green its 7points! I have a glass a day almost everyday and don't track it because I just cant wrap my head around whole milk having less sugar than lowfat /reduced milk can be worse. Anyone else feel this way?
