There is a place in the app if you poke around under your profile where you can change your fit points to be converted to usable points for food. I have not done it I have seen slide bar to change it, but I go beyond my points some days so I leave excercise alone

I love your "in the app if you poke around" statement. I seriously can't quit laughing. L. o. v. e it! That's exaywhat I do in the app. Just poke around and can't remember how I did it the next time so naturally I just start poking around again. Step one: poke around I am crying! Wow, I needed a laugh!

Not sure exactly what you're asking but hope this helps: You have Daily points then Weekly Points that you have as part of your allowance, either a few extra each day or all in one day. You can also earn Fit Points. Gx

No. It’s more like they give you a number of points- say 23. As you eat and log food, you use your points. If you had a slice of 2 point toast for breakfast- you’d then have 21 points for the rest of the day. You can scan the bar codes on the food labels to help determine how many points foods are. Or search in the app while logging.

I never use mine. They are to be used after your daily and weekly point allotment.

What kind of points are you asking about? You get daily points which is how many points the food you can eat per day or you get weekly points which are bonus points that can be used anytime during the week for your food or you get fitness points that you earned by doing activities or you earn wellness points by doing such things as tracking or staying with in your range of points and those can be turned in for prizes

There are daily points, weekly points to use throughout the week, and fit points earned through exercise. Use them how you like or not at all.

Never use weeklies or fit points to eat. That is why I got fat, but I guess that’s just me.
