Can anyone help explain to me what they do with fit points they get from working out ? I don’t want to use them for food BUT wondering what they mean in your daily points. Thanks

I just earn them. I choose not to eat them, although you can eat a percentage of them.

@gunk5637 how do you track If you eat them ?

@pleasantry you can in to settings and set it so you use them before your weeklies if you want. I wear fitbit ionic which gives me steps and is synced with WW. You can also put your activity in by hand.

Nothing really just to keep track of my exercise and I earn over 100 but I do use weeklies spread out enough to get my blue dot each day

I don't use mine but it makes me feel good to see them go up. I heard some ladies who are triathletes say they use them when they amp up their training for an event.

They're a great cushion if you run out of weekly points and need more points. They're to be used if you want to use them. Myself personally I use them a lot.

You have to go into your settings under Swapping. There are 3 options. 1. Don’t swap Fit Points 2. Weeklies before Fit Points 3. Fit befoRe Weeklies For options 2&3, you will see your first choice on the screen. When they are gone, you will see the second choice if you have any available
