Can someone explain the weekly points to me? Are those “just in case” points?

Hey @edana831! Yes! There are daily points and weekly points when you go over daily points! Daily points are different for each person (mine is 23) and weekly points are the same, 35 for everyone. BTW— here’s my “before” pic

@coker ! How awesome for you to respond lol. And whoa that before pic! Doesn’t even look like you. I decided to give WW another go.

@edana831 I’m currently on it again too. Lost 90 lbs in 2005 and let 40 slip back on over the years. Now I’m almost back at goal with less than 15 to go. I love it because it’s normal people food! I love bread. I can have bread!

No weekly points are not the same for everyone. My daily points 23, my weekly points 14. I am 74 years young. 5'0 and weigh 112 lbs. I have been on WW for a year and lost 30 lbs due to health reasons, weight loss helped correct.
