Can someone explain the fit points? How many / week should I choose, and do I get to add them to my daily/ weekly points or what?

They are used either before or after your weeklies according to your settings. Some people eat them some people don’t. I think that’s a gray area of the program really. If it works for you to eat them and still lose weight, perfect. If it doesn’t, don’t eat them.
