Someone shared a pdf of their meal plan. Now I can't find it. Can they please share it again? Thanks.

Instead of typing in F. You can go to the 3 dots. Click on them and follow the post by turning on notifications:)

What does "F" mean?

@fleurdelis it means “following” however if they really want to follow the post they could click the three dots (. ) in the upper right hand corner of the page and click on “Turn on notifications for this post”. That would make the post much easier to read.
