Has anyone gone to see a nutritionist for a meal plan? Is it worth the money?

I've not seen a nutritionist for myself, however when my husband had a quint heart bypass, the hospital sent in a nutritionist. My husband's cardiologist was in the room looking over his tubes and whatnot, and was listening. He told us then that my husband should just truly follow the WW plan and he'd be good without the nutritionist. I should mention that my husband is also diabetic.

Insurance covers on my plan. I started going to one again. I'm up and down on WW and all I think about is food. The scale isn't moving and I spend a lot of money on good. The NUTRITIONIST plan is stricter but the results are amazing. Basically protein, fruit and veggies. I think WW is great but not for my body as I've been dieting for years, have 30 to lose and this body doesn't lose on WW.

Yes, I have twice. My advice, know your nutritionist before committing. Not all are created equal. I paid $600 to gain 12 pounds. My body fat dropped, muscles grew but my desire was to slim down not grow out of my pants. The 2nd time with a female who specializes in health and weight loss. She was half the price and helped tremendously.
